Our office is at Jl. MH Thamrin No. 1, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, 10310. If you would like to pick up an order or discuss a product in person, call ahead so we can have it ready for you. Menteng is central and reachable by car or public transport, though parking nearby fills up during working hours.
We are a small operation, so there is no retail floor to browse. Arrange a time and we will make sure someone is there, with the item and its label detail on the desk when you arrive.

Damaged or incorrect

I want to return an unopened item. What do you need from me?
Have the order reference, the product name, and the jar in its original seal. Call first so we can confirm the item is still within the return window before you send anything back. We handle the rest by phone rather than routing you through a web form.
Can I read the label before I buy?
