How to read this

What this policy covers, and how we handle the details you give us

Vitalitas publishes information and sells natural supplements for men, including men’s vitamin supplements and energy and endurance supplements. To answer enquiries and deliver orders we need a small amount of personal data. This page sets out which data we ask for, why we ask, how long we keep it, and how you can change or remove it. It applies to vitalitas.id and to messages you send us by email or phone, but not to other companies’ websites we link to.

Two points come up most often. We do not sell personal data, and we do not process card payments on this site — so card numbers never reach us. Everything else is described in the sections below in the order it usually matters to a visitor.

Data we collect

Details you give us

Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or send an enquiry. If you write to us about a specific product, we keep that message so we can answer it properly.

Name, email, phone, address

Technical data collected automatically

Browser type and version, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you visit. This data is aggregated, so it tells us which guides and product pages are read, not who read them.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details, because we do not process card payments on this site. We also do not ask for health records or anything beyond what an order or a question actually requires.

No card details held

If you only browse the site, you can read every page about natural supplements for men and healthy lifestyle products without sending us anything at all. Personal data starts when you choose to write to us or order.

We keep only what an order or a question needs — and we say so on this page rather than burying it.

Purpose of processing

How we use your data

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, process and deliver orders, and keep records required for accounting and tax purposes. Technical data is used to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except couriers and payment channels needed to complete an order you placed.

Answering your enquiry

If you ask about ingredients, serving sizes, or how a product fits into a daily routine, we reply to the contact channel you used. The message and our answer stay on file so a follow-up question does not need to start from scratch.

Delivering an order

Your delivery address and phone number are passed to the courier handling your parcel. Payment channels receive only the reference needed to confirm that an order was paid. Neither gets your name for any other purpose.

Records and site upkeep

Accounting and tax rules require us to keep invoices for a set period. Separately, aggregated page counts tell us whether people actually read the guides on men’s health support and everyday routines.

We do not profile you for advertising, and we do not pass your contact details to a mailing list you did not ask for. If you write to us once about a product, that is exactly what it stays.

How long records stay

Retention

Different records have different lifetimes. The table below is what we actually keep, and what happens to each type when its period ends.

Order and accounting records

Invoice details, delivery address, amounts settled.

Period set by Indonesian law

Enquiry messages

Questions about products, servings, or an order, and our replies.

Up to twenty-four months

Technical logs

Browser type, approximate region, pages viewed.

Shorter period

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Anonymised means the connection to you is removed, so the remaining figures can still help us count how many people read a page without identifying any of them.

What you can ask for

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Send requests to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your records. We respond within a reasonable period and may ask for verification before acting.

Access

Tell us which email address or phone number you used, and we will send back the records linked to it — what was collected, why, and who it was shared with to complete an order.

Correction

A misspelled street name or an old phone number can cause a failed delivery. Send the correct value and we will update the record before the next parcel goes out.

Deletion

Where nothing obliges us to keep a record, we remove it. Invoices tied to accounting rules are the usual exception, and we will tell you plainly which part we can clear and which part we cannot.

Cookies and outside services

Cookies and third parties

The site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Some cookies are set by third-party services, such as analytics. We do not control the data practices of those providers, and their own policies apply. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not covered by this policy.

In practice, cookies here do two quiet jobs: keep the site working during a visit, and count which pages about natural supplements for men and vitamins and minerals for men are read most. If you would rather not accept them, the Cookie Policy explains the choices available in your browser and what stops working when you decline.

Analytics cookies are counted, not traced back to a person. That is the whole point of the distinction.

Updates and questions

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices change. The current version is always available on this page. For any question about how your data is handled, contact [email protected] or call +62 21 3194 1942 during business hours.

How do I know this is the newest version?

This page always carries the current text. When something changes in how we handle data, we replace the wording here rather than publishing a separate notice. If you keep a copy of an older version, compare it with this page before relying on a detail.

Does an order need my personal data?

Yes. A courier needs a name, address, and reachable phone number to deliver a parcel. If you prefer not to share those details, you can still read every page about healthy lifestyle products and popular products for men — browsing asks for nothing.

Who receives my details when I order?

The courier delivering your parcel and the payment channel confirming the order. Nobody else. We do not pass your details to advertisers, and we do not sell them.

What if my question is not about data?

Product and ingredient questions belong on the product pages or in the FAQ, where the answers are easier to find. Data questions stay here, or come straight to us by email and phone.
