This is the full list of natural supplements for men currently in the Vitalitas catalog. Each entry gives you the ingredients, the format, the suggested use from the label, and a short note on who it tends to suit. We keep the list current and remove products when they stop being available.

How the catalog is organized

Order stays fixed when you refresh

Products are grouped into four main categories: everyday multivitamins and minerals, energy and endurance formulas, herbal and botanical capsules, and general wellness items like powders or drink mixes. Within each category, entries appear in a stable order rather than by popularity, so the list doesn't shift around when you refresh.

Each entry links to a full page with the ingredient table and storage notes. If a product fits two categories, we place it where most people would look for it first.

Catalog sections

What you'll find inside each category

Every row lists the ingredient focus and the formats stocked in Indonesia right now.

Multivitamins and minerals for men

Vitamin D, B-complex, zinc, magnesium — blends and single nutrients, mostly capsules and tablets.

Energy and endurance formulas

Everyday energy support: B-vitamins, iron, and herbal extracts. Some with caffeine, some without.

Herbal and botanical capsules

Single-herb capsules and familiar traditional blends, described plant by plant with the part used.

Powders, mixes, and other formats

Drink mixes and powders, with serving size in grams or scoops and preparation notes from the label.

Largest group

Multivitamins and minerals for men

This is the most straightforward part of the catalog. You'll find standard multivitamin blends with vitamin D, B-complex, zinc, and magnesium, plus single-nutrient options where someone wants to add one mineral rather than a full blend. Formats are mostly capsules and tablets.

We list the number of servings per container and the suggested daily amount so you can compare like for like. If two products overlap heavily, we say so in the entry rather than presenting them as different.

  • Vitamin D

Often the lowest intake in an indoor working week. Stocked alone and inside blends.

  • B-complex

B-vitamins involved in normal energy metabolism, listed per vitamin on each label.

  • Zinc

Usually included in blends at a modest share, or sold as a separate caplet.

  • Magnesium

Capsules and tablets, with the elemental amount stated so comparisons stay honest.

Energy and endurance formulas

These products are aimed at everyday energy support, not at athletic performance. Common ingredients include B-vitamins involved in normal energy metabolism, iron in formulas intended for people with low dietary intake, and herbal extracts such as ginseng or ashwagandha.

Some contain caffeine and some don't; we mark this clearly because it affects when you'd take them. We don't publish performance claims or timings, and we don't describe any product as a substitute for food or sleep. Read the individual page for the full ingredient list.

Before you pick one

  • Check whether caffeine is listed — it changes the time of day that suits you.
  • Read the iron amount if you already eat iron-rich food most days.
  • Compare servings per container, not just the front-of-pack name.

Formats stocked in this group: bottles of everyday energy support capsules, iron formulas, and herbal extracts, with servings per container printed on each entry.

Smaller group

Herbal and botanical capsules

A smaller category, and a more varied one. You'll find single-herb capsules and a few traditional blends that are common on Indonesian shelves. We describe the plant, the part used, and the format, and we note where the evidence for a traditional use is different from evidence for a modern extract.

Where a supplier provides a standardisation figure, such as a percentage of a marker compound, we include it. Where they don't, we don't invent one.

Powders, mixes, and other formats

Not everything is a capsule. This group covers drink mixes, powders, and a small number of items in non-ingestible formats where they belong to the same routine. We list the serving size in grams or scoops, the number of servings per container, and any preparation notes from the label.

If a product needs to be mixed with water or taken with food, that's stated up front. Storage instructions matter more for powders in a humid climate, so we include them.

Powders in a humid climate

  • Serving size is quoted in grams or scoops, never as a vague scoop picture.
  • Preparation notes come straight from the label, including whether to take with food.
  • Storage instructions sit at the top of the entry because they matter more here.

Reading a product entry

Each entry follows the same structure so you can find what you need without reading the whole page: what it is, what's in it, how it's taken, and what to know before buying.

Ingredients

The ingredient list uses the label's own units, with a short explanation where a unit might not be familiar.

Allergens

We flag allergens where the label declares them, and we say plainly when a label declares none.

Registration

We note whether the product is registered with the relevant Indonesian authority, and if it isn't, we say that plainly.

Nothing in an entry is a recommendation for your specific situation. Entries describe what is on the label and what we could verify; they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Availability and price

Price and stock change with the supplier and the exchange rate, so we confirm both when you place an order rather than publishing a fixed figure that goes stale.

For a current quote on any item, contact us by phone or email and we'll confirm the same day where possible.

How stock is reported

  • Available now

Listed normally. Price and stock confirmed when you order.

  • Temporarily out of stock

The entry stays up with a clear note, and we tell you when it's expected back.

  • Being discontinued

We say so while the last units remain, then remove it once it's gone.

When we remove a product

A product leaves the catalog for one of a few reasons: the supplier stops making it, the formula changes in a way that makes our entry inaccurate, availability in Indonesia becomes unreliable, or the label stops meeting our basic clarity standard. We don't keep a page live to hold search traffic.

If you had a link and it no longer works, write to us and we'll tell you what happened and whether a replacement exists. That's usually faster than hunting through the catalog.

Where to go next

Start with a category, or ask us about one item

Grouping the catalog into four sections keeps the list readable, but it also means the fastest route is usually the one tied to what you're actually after. If you're comparing men's vitamin supplements, the multivitamin group is the place to start.
